The Story Behind TeleSesh
TeleSesh is therapist-owned and was founded by Melissa Miller-Ramirez, a speech-language pathologist with firsthand experience working with students, families, and schools.
From the beginning, it was clear that access was only part of the challenge. Keeping services consistent, managing schedules, and coordinating everything behind the scenes often made therapy harder to deliver than it needed to be.
TeleSesh was built to address those gaps, with a focus on making services more organized, consistent, and manageable day to day. This included building out internal systems and a custom platform to support scheduling, communication, and service tracking in a more streamlined way.
What started as a small practice has grown into a multi-state company supporting schools, therapists, and families, with a team of licensed providers experienced in virtual service delivery.
Today, TeleSesh continues to focus on keeping therapy services reliable, supported, and easier to manage for everyone involved.
